How we work together

We work with a SaaS (software as a service) based accounting software that uses the latest AI document reading and processing. You do not have to change your ERP software, which you use to write invoices and maintain the item master data. If you do not yet have your own ERP software, we will be happy to advise you and work with you to find the right software for you.

How your accounting is managed

Your accounting is done monthly or quarterly, depending on your needs. This means that with monthly accounting, you have a monthly overview of your finances, which we check at the end of each month for accuracy and legal compliance.

For customers subject to VAT, we check the bookings and prepare the VAT statement as well as the legally required annual sales reconciliation.

What we take over at the end of the year

We make the closing entries, such as depreciation, provisions and corrections. Through our annual reconciliation of financial and payroll accounting, we ensure correct annual financial statements. We prepare the annual financial statements consisting of a balance sheet, profit and loss account and appendix. We also prepare the minutes of the general meeting and prepare the tax return.
